Foliage Description:  Leaves oblong-oval, oblong-lanceolate, elliptic or oblong-elliptic, somewhat thin, 1" - 3" long, matte pale green, hairy, rusty brown indumentum. Branches densely tomentose rusty-brown, fawn or whitish tomentum.
